I began the steps for acquiring a home in March of 2009.
I was referred to Jerry by a friend. Even though he was not my agent at the time, nevertheless he listened and answered all my questions.
After talking with Jerry I decided that I preferred for him to be my agent. We met at his office where he explained his responsibilities to me as my real estate agent, orientated me on the process of home buying and presented me with a book to read to help me be well prepared and informed of the terms, as well as the steps involved in the purchasing of a home, which was very helpful. Also so that we could discuss my wants and desires of my home, at which time I gave him a list that I had prepared of the amenities that I desired in my new home.
I have been in my home 6 months and I can truthfully say that Mr. Newman is a agent of his word. I can and do communicate with him to make inquiries and he will respond.
